Richard has been a full time property developer for over ten years. Previously he worked in retail banking and manufacturing general management The core of his portfolio is HMOs in Bristol which he self manages.
Currently he has a four unit townhouse new-build JV project and separately a seven unit apart-hotel under construction, both in the north west. He enjoys the personal and business connections made through property and is a minor petrolhead.
James Lynch
"James transitioned from a Project Management career to full-time property investment in 2022, rapidly expanding his portfolio by adding 55 units in just 16 months. This growth complemented his Bristol portfolio, established in 2012. His holdings include HMOs, commercial units, blocks of flats, and a Serviced Accommodation unit under development.
Specialising in Freehold Blocks, James also runs The Title Split Consultant, mentoring clients on scaling their portfolios by acquiring blocks of flats with minimal cash investment."
