Paul Ribbons has been buying and trading property since 1997 and has completed more than 850 property transactions. Before focusing fully on property trading, Paul accumulated over 12 years of estate agency experience, working both for established companies and through his own firm. This combination gives him a practical understanding of property from both sides of the transaction: how agents operate, how opportunities are presented and, crucially, how to distinguish a genuine deal from a property that only appears attractive on paper. Paul remains an active property trader today. He works directly with his delegates to assess potential purchases, establish realistic values, identify risks and decide whether an opportunity has sufficient margin to progress.
