Gerard Davis is a solicitor and the Business Development Manager for Talbots Law Solicitors, as well as the director of McCutchion Davis Properties Limited, a property investment company based in Coventry. With a legal career spanning over two decades, Gerard has also been actively investing in property since 2004. His extensive experience covers a wide range of property types, from single Buy-to-Let properties to HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation) and Serviced Accommodation. More recently, he has expanded his portfolio by purchasing blocks of flats. Gerard’s in-depth knowledge of property investment and legal frameworks allows him to offer valuable insights and strategic advice to his clients in both sectors.

I am the owner of NRM Construction, Director of Mccutchion Davis Properties Ltd and 68 Properties Ltd.
I have 25 years experience running various jobs in the construction industry ranging from converting a Nightclub into a nursery, Multiple H.M.O's, extensions and loft conversions.
Through doing some renovations for Gerard Davis we set up a property company together called Mccutchion Davis Properties Ltd in 2017 and we have been buying properties consisiting of BTL's, Flips and H.M.O'S. We set up another property company called 68 Properties Ltd with another investor and we have moved to buying blocks of flats as well as H.M.O's , BTL'S and Flips which has allowed us to buy at a faster and bigger pace.
