I’ve been involved in property for the past 5 years and own and run a used car dealership, which I’ve built up over more than 10 years. My experience is very hands-on, I’m involved in the day-to-day, from finding and structuring deals to solving problems and keeping things moving properly. Both businesses are very different, but have the same basic process. Find a product, increase value, maximise profit, move on to the next.

I like to keep things simple and effective. I focus on what works in the real world and make decisions based on experience rather than theory. Over time, that approach has helped me build stable, consistent businesses.
