Marie has had a varied property career spanning 40 years including managing the Halls of the University of Wolverhampton and a Private Sector Leasing lead for Social housing and more recently had her own business as a Letting Agent for students. From the experience she gained at the Uni, she wrote a book in 2021 entitled HMO Success which was updated in 2025 and is now called HMO SUCCESS REVISITED available on Amazon. As well as being a consultant for landlords www.landlord-nanny.co.uk she also runs Wolverhampton Landlords and has 170 members. Marie helps letting agents at start-up and runs her own HMO portfolio (Rent to Rent and her own) and lets and manages HMOs for her other landlords

Originally from Poland, I moved to the UK in 2006, spending two years in Northern Ireland working for Allstate before moving to the Birmingham area to work as an Accounts Assistant. After 13 years in Oldbury, I settled in Wolverhampton, where I have lived for almost four years.

I later started my own online business selling children's furniture imported from Poland through eBay. In 2016, I moved into property development, managing projects ranging from house extensions to building new homes from the ground up. I am now looking to expand into the property rental market.
