Having grown up in Wrexham, I began my property journey in property sourcing, helping investors identify opportunities and build their portfolios. Over time, my team and I transitioned into social housing, where we now work with landlords and housing partners to provide safe, compliant and well-managed homes for people who need them.

What attracted me to social housing was the opportunity to combine property with real social impact.
My aim is to continue building a successful and sustainable property business through DealHaus Collective, and to help build a stronger property community here in Wrexham.

For more than 25 years, I have been involved in property investment and development, alongside an earlier career in Financial Services as both a Financial Adviser and trainer. My background has given me a strong understanding of people, communication and long-term relationship building.

I became involved in HMOs in my early 20s and have successfully operated my own portfolio. Which now consists of five HMOs, which I’ve held since 2007. Over the years, I have also been involved in HMO conversions, property sales, joint ventures and a range of investment strategies including buy-to-let, flips and title splits.
